2024 AGM Voting Ballot

I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that I am a member in good standing with Newport Yacht Club and the following is my vote for the Newport Annual General Meeting on Saturday October 26, 2024 at 10 am. Please keep in mind that one boating membership gets one vote - i.e. a couple who are patron members with one boat slip, get one vote.
